-Introduction mentions song but not the original artist or concept.

-Sponsorship is excellent in terms of how media language would be used to bring it into video but may need to settle on board and make that clearer.

-Presentation is quite text heavy and therefore most slides are simply reading the text with back to audience.

-I like the magazine element-online and print good to see this aspect addressed.

-Industry context good too-mainstream aspect of brief covered

-Representation slide really interesting but slide change before reading the text which is a shame. Worth developing this idea(representation of adult life)in statement of intent.

-Way too much text on mis-en-scene slide but some good ideas in terms of tone and feel.

-Audience is addresses across two slides but need a bit more depth and detail to expand this.

-Overall, lacking in media theory so this is something to bring into statement of intent

3) Write a paragraph discussing how your presentation will lead into your actual coursework production. Do you need to update your statement of intent? Does your concept offer enough clarity? Is it appropriate for the audience specified in the brief? Is it achievable to film with the resources you have available? Can you add media terminology or theory to your statement of intent now you have reflected on your presentation and seen others? 

-I can use the feedback from the power point to write my statement of intent and make sure I include the original artist and concept. I should also talk about he representation in the music video and make sure I write about media theories as well. I am thinking of staying to the idea of my music video about a girl coming back to her home to find it feeling empty and then she reminisces her past but eventually finds herself again after living a boring and dull adult life.

mise en scene analysis

  1) Find a distinctive   still image   and write an analysis of the mise-en-scene. Use each of the aspects you've learned in the lesson. -The windows of his car have bullets holes in them, which may show that bad guys are after him and are trying to kill him. The man in the far right corner with a gun has connotations that he is the bad guy trying to kill the innocent man driving the car. The gold light shining on the man in the car shows him to be the main character and he is a nice man as he is so is the centre of attention.
